December sales volume was 3.5% lower than December 2015 levels. Pending sales at the beginning of January 2017 increased 37% from January 2016.
In looking at the annual statistics, January 2016 - December 2016, sales volume was up 3.1% over the previous year with the median sales price increased 6.6% to $159,900. Average Days on the Market decreased 10.9% to 119 days during this same time period.
