"I could write many comments about Linda Holland she was outstanding throughout the entire home purchase process. We did not have an actual Realtor because we could not seem to find one that could or would consistently want to help us find our vacation home. Linda was the first to really listen to us, find out exactly what kind of house we were looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched our criteria, made sure we knew about it immediately. Linda always made the time even when it was far from her base area. From the work she did prior to the exploratory trip, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process she made certain we were taken care of. We have bought and sold multiple properties in New Bern with Linda Holland. Linda is everything you want in a real estate agent. She works her tail off for you, has a deep network of clients who will want to see your property and she gives good advice. She advised us to have our home staged and it was staged so well it sold in 12 days at a time other homes sat on the market for months or years. She will make sure your property is professionally photographed and positioned prominently on every internet site. When it comes to negotiation Linda shines. She isn't pushy or argumentative but has a gift for explaining the market and bringing buyers and sellers together. Linda is simply the best agent and you will love working with her.

Linda is an amazing realtor. I watched her work her magic recently when she sold my house against all odds.... (A laundry list of home inspection checkpoints). We needed a licensed General contractor, licensed electrician, licensed plumber, Window guy, HVAC, roofer, which was virtually impossible to get 6 months after a major hurricane and worked closely together to complete the work in 3 weeks and close on time!!! She also has 4 other listings with home inspection issues and solved any and all problems effortlessly (while I was stressing out). Thank you linda for all your hard work!! You are the bomb!!

We trust linda so much that we actually bought a house before we even walked through it because the video and the descriptions she shared were so thorough. Linda was wonderful with her follow through. Any questions we had about ta property (and at times there were many) she was sure they were addressed and all parties were informed. As we've worked with Linda on 3 separate home transactions, you can imagine that we ran into an obstacle or two. She took care of our concerns and brought light to how to best resolve each situation. You could really tell she was on "our side" at every step and looked out for what would be best for us. Recently my husband and I embarked on an adventure after living in the home that we purchased as a young couple for 25 years. We decided to sell and relocate to a family farm.

When it came to selecting a realtor, I knew right away that Linda Holland was the right choice. I had seen her work her wonders with a neighbor and with my friend’s son as he made his first home purchase.

Twenty-five years is a long time since our involvement in real estate. Linda walked us through the process every step of the way. When we first met, I told her our needs. I was selling my home and under a tight timeline to make the purchase on our new home. Linda put her skill to work and we were very delighted to have a terrific offer within the timeframe that we needed.

Linda is very knowledgeable about what buyers want. She made excellent suggestions that really helped to seal the deal.

Throughout the experience, communication was frequent and timely. I was pleased with the number of showings and the exposure of our property.

We chose to list our house for sale with Linda Holland because she is a downtown resident and came highly recommended. Soon after, we decided to buy a house contingent on selling ours. We were quite confident that we knew the course of events having bought and sold many properties over the years. What could possibly be any different this time around?
At first everything was just as we'd hoped and expected, great brochures, advertising, help with pricing and all the typical things one does when listing. Linda patiently showed us many homes while we were looking to buy. She did her homework before showing a house and was quick to get answers if we had questions.
A couple of times we dealt with situations that were complicated and required professional services other than that of our Realtor. Linda responded promptly to situations and connected us to the right people and in many cases made our appointments so we could resolve things and move on. Calls and messages to her, (and there were many), were always answered promptly.
Unbeknownst to us, ours would turn out to be two challenging real estate transactions. Both closings were within 24 hours. We were glad that we chose to have Linda Holland for our Agent. Without her expertise, our closings might not have happened. The first line in a card that Linda sent to us when both closings were finalized read, I care about your experience. And she proved it!

Linda Holland was with me every step of the way. She helped me to understand the process of buying a home - the highs and the lows. She could easily bring up information, diagrams, etc to help show me the cost of similar houses in New Bern. She answered any questions I had about the house and if she didn't know she would gladly contact the home owners. I was able to see the home several times. I also was shown other homes but she knew what I liked so it was easy to narrow down. I love my new home.

She was head and shoulders above the other realtors we'd contacted - very responsive, really understood what we were looking for, and took us right to the kinds of homes we wanted - and we bought the second one she showed us! She's good at pricing and negotiating and made the whole thing quite painless. She's continued to help with great recommendations for painters, repair people, etc. as well as a referral when we decided to look for a vacation home overseas. A 100% positive experience.
